The PROP Conference Committee is excited to present the 36th Annual Recycling and Organics Conference being held at the Lancaster DoubleTree, 2400 Willow Street Pike, Lancaster PA, July 22 - 24, 2026.

Join us to hear the latest recycling market news, find solutions to challenges, and learn from colleagues.  We have time designated to visit the exhibitors and learn how their products can help bring your programs to the next level.

A few highlights that are currently scheduled, there will be Pre-Conference certification classes on Tuesday, July 21st if you are looking to receive re-certification credits, as well as opportunities to get more hours of re-certification credits during the conference.

Wednesday morning starting at 10:00 am we will have our annual meet the Exhibitors Breakfast/Brunch.  This year we will be doing a Municipal Recycling Coordinators' Corner at the same time we will be doing a County Recycling Coordinators' Corner. (If you are planning to attend either of them, there is a space in the registration form to post early questions to the panelists). On Wednesday evening Our Annual Picnic will be right outside of the building next to the pond under a big tent.  Our popular Corn Hole Tournament will be held in the outside Exhibit Area a short distance from the picnic!  See the map.

We will be swapping up our Thursday and Friday this year, Thursday morning we will have a continental breakfast with the Pennsylvania DEP to hear updates and answer questions you may have, after which we will have our Annual Members Meeting before we start the day's Sessions and Classes.   We will have our Legislative Update plenary after lunch, organics-related sessions and classes, then we will conclude our day with our Annual Award Banquet and Ceremony.  Friday morning will start with a hearty breakfast, then go into an AI Session titled, "How do we incorporate AI into our lives, leveraging AI to the best of our abilities".  We are currently working on a "ReUse  /ReFill" session you won't want to miss.

• You may register for Tuesday's Pre-Conference Certification Classes using the Attendee Registration Form.
• Full Conference registration covers all meals, sessions, plenaries, and certification classes during the conference Wednesday - Friday.
• Daily registration covers, meals, sessions, plenaries, and certification classes on the day of attendance.

If you are a member you will need your username and password to log in; non-members will need to create a username and password to log in and register.

Pre-Conference Classes / Tours / etc. are an extra cost not included with a full conference registration.

The Lancaster DoubleTree's overnight room price for the 2026 PROP Recycling & Organics Conference is $161.00 per night, plus 11% sales & occupancy tax (totaling $178.71 per night).  Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am.
