NOTE: Regular Exhibit Hall hours will start Wednesday morning with "Breakfast with the Exhibitors" at 10:00 am and will go through lunch on Thursday with Exhibitors breaking down at 1:00 pm. We will again be having our extended exhibiting hours which will run from 1:00 pm Thursday through Friday morning where Exhibitors who decide to stay will be breaking down after breakfast on Friday morning. The extra fee will be $120.00 which will pay for the Thursday evening Reception, Banquet, Awards Ceremony and Friday's Breakfast. We tried this format at the 2023 & 2024 Conference and it was well received by the exhibitors. You will be able to set up early on Tuesday evening July 22nd from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm as we have done at our past conferences. Regular setup time will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Wednesday morning July 23rd. The conference will kick off with a 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM Breakfast/Brunch with the Exhibitors, we will come around to each exhibitor and invite them to state who they are and a little about their organization, so everyone at the conference will be able to know a little about what you are exhibiting and associate you with your organization. An Exhibit Booth Registration includes one (1) Booth Representative, an exhibit table, 2 chairs, electricity (please bring an extension cord or power strip with you, just in case it's needed), meals, receptions, and breaks as published. WiFi is available throughout the facility. Extra booth representatives will be charged $700 if they are currently a member and $725 if they are a non-member. The 2026 Conference is being held at the: Lancaster DoubleTree Book your overnight rooms by Saturday, June 20, 2026, that's the cut off date. Hotel accommodations are separate, and the responsibility of the exhibitor/attendee. The Lancaster DoubleTree's overnight room price for the 2026 PROP Recycling & Organics Conference is $161.00 per night, plus 11% sales & occupancy tax (totaling $178.71 per night). Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am.
